Instructors
Eva Hawker, a classically trained vocalist, music teacher, and vocal coach, holds certifications as a C-IAYT and RYT 500, and brings a wealth of knowledge regarding the science of sound and its impact on the nervous system. Eva has traveled the world studying sound healing and is currently recognized as My Vinyasa Practice's sound healing expert. Her rich knowledge and experience will provide you with insights into the intricacies of sound, vocal toning, and its therapeutic applications.
Jenny O, a C-IAYT and E-RYT 500, brings her expertise in vibrational healing, Ayurveda, and mentoring to the course. With her deep understanding of the human energy system and the power of vibrational frequencies, Jenny will guide you in exploring the ancient wisdom of sound and its profound effects on our physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
