- Reflection Essay: As part of the assessments for the Prenatal Training, you will complete a final reflection essay. This essay should be a summary of your learning experience, insights gained, and how you plan to apply this knowledge to support prenatal clients. The reflection will allow you to assess your growth and understanding of prenatal yoga practices thoughtfully.
- Multiple Choice Exam: An open-notes, untimed multiple-choice exam designed to reinforce your understanding of key concepts. You can refer to your notes throughout the exam, allowing you to apply your knowledge confidently and at your own pace. This format supports deeper learning and retention of course material.
