What's Included in the Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training?
Our 85-hour Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training is a comprehensive program that prepares you to teach yoga to individuals during every stage of pregnancy and postpartum. The curriculum integrates anatomy, sequencing, trauma-informed practice, and somatic and spiritual care for mothers and birthing people.

Continuing Education Units (CEUs)
This course provides a certification rather than Continuing Education Units (CEUs). After completing this course, you’ll be eligible to upgrade your current Yoga Alliance designation to include Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT). However, please note that this course alone does not enable you to register with Yoga Alliance.

Yoga Alliance Accreditations
My Vinyasa Practice is a Registered Prenatal Yoga School (RPYS) with Yoga Alliance. Upon completing this course and your 200-hour certification, you’ll be eligible to register as a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher (RPYT).
