Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased a product or service directly from MVP.
MVP School and MVP School App
You have thirty (30) days to request a refund or price adjustment on online training(s). After thirty (30) days, all sales are final. We want to ensure that you have enough time to evaluate our online training and make an informed decision.

MVP School App purchase via Apple Store
All purchases made within the MVP School App via the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policies. If you request a refund for your in-app purchases within the MVP 30-day policy window for training, please note that all refund requests must be submitted through the Apple App Store. MVP School App purchase via Google Play Store
All purchases made within the MVP School App via the Google Play Store are subject to Google's refund policies. If you request a refund for your in-app purchases within the MVP 30-day policy window for training, please note that all refund requests must be submitted through the Google Play Store. MVP Wellness App
You have three (3) days to request a refund or price adjustment on MVP Online Studio membership charges (monthly and annual) or drop-in classes. After three (3) days, all sales are final. This also applies to classes you had to miss due to unexpected circumstances.
If the event has to be canceled by MVP due to unexpected circumstances, you will be fully reimbursed within ten (10) business days.
MVP Studio
- Studio Memberships (monthly): You are eligible for a refund within three (3) business days of your membership charge.
Caveat: Please note that the annual membership is not refundable. - Drop-In Classes: We do not offer returns on class passes. Pre-purchased class passes canceled by the Client will be credited to your account and can be used towards services and offerings for up to six months.
Caveat: ClassPass purchases cannot be returned, or credits cannot be refunded directly by My Vinyasa. If you need a refund, you will need to reach out to ClassPass directly. - In-Person Yoga Teacher Trainings: Please note that all deposits made for in-person training are nonrefundable. These deposits are necessary to secure your spot and cover administrative expenses.
- If you need to cancel a training reservation, you may do so up to thirty (30) days in advance and receive a full refund minus the deposit. We understand that plans can change, and we want to accommodate your needs.
- Refunds are not credited for cancellations made within thirty (30) days before the start date of the training. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but due to the limited availability and resources required for our training programs, we are unable to provide refunds for last-minute cancellations.
- MVP Shop: MVP Swag Items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged after the purchase has been made. However, we are committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction with our products and services - In the event that you encounter any issues or are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, don't hesitate to reach out to us via the chat widget in the bottom, right corner.
MVP Retreats
Please note that all deposits made for retreats are nonrefundable. These deposits are necessary to secure your spot and cover administrative expenses.

If the event has to be canceled by MVP due to unexpected circumstances, you will be fully reimbursed within ten (10) business days.

If you are within the refund window for your MVP product and would like to request a refund, please contact our Support Team through the chat widget in the bottom right corner. We will assist you with the refund process and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Refund Appeals
In exceptional circumstances, we understand that you may encounter situations beyond your control that prevent you from attending or completing a training, program, or class. If you believe your circumstances warrant a refund appeal outside the standard refund policy, please contact our Support Team through the chat widget in the bottom right corner.
We will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis and strive to find a suitable resolution that considers your unique circumstances.
Caveat: Refund Appeals are reviewed monthly, responses may take up to eight (8) weeks. |
