With all the changes that have come with the new platform upgrade, we understand there are some questions and concerns. In this article, we'd like to address two important aspects of this transition: course progress and certificates.

Course Progress

Please note that course progress from the previous platform, Teachable, does not transfer to the new one due to technical differences in the setup of the two platforms - we assure you that this is not a cause for concern!

The percentage shown on your previous platform was primarily a visual reference for your benefit. You are invited to leverage the "Next" button in the top, right half of your screen to click through pages you completed in the previous school platform, or you can pick up directly in the section you left off.

Certificates

If you have received certificates from our previous platform, rest assured that they remain valid for life. Your graduation and certification records are securely stored on our end and remain unaffected by this transition.  We honor and recognize your hard-earned achievements and these certificates hold their value.
