Instructor
Michelle Young, C-IAYT and founder of My Vinyasa Practice, leads this training. With extensive training in yoga therapy, somatic healing, and practical clinical experience, Michelle brings a rich understanding of body-based healing. She has studied under renowned educators like Leslie Kaminoff and Richard Miller, and has collaborated with licensed therapists and organizational psychologists to support client transformation.
MVP Student Office Hours
As an MVP student, you receive access to Office Hours during the week, a space to ask questions, deepen your understanding, and connect with lead trainers for guidance as you integrate somatic tools into your practice.
Practicum
This program includes a hands-on practicum, giving you real-time experience facilitating somatic healing in a 1:1 setting. Over 4–6 weeks, you’ll:
