If you are ready to become a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, you will need to complete an 85-hour training through a Yoga Alliance-approved school. The Prenatal Yoga Certification formerly offered through My Vinyasa Practice is now available through our partnership with Yoga Specialists.
Yoga Specialists provides a comprehensive, trauma-informed Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training designed to equip yoga teachers with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to support individuals through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
|
NOTE: The 85 hour Prenatal Yoga Certification on its own does not qualify you to register with Yoga Alliance. In order to register as a Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, you must already hold an active 200 hour or 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training designation through a Yoga Alliance approved school. Completion of the 85 hour Prenatal Yoga Certification allows you to upgrade your existing 200 hour or 500 hour registration to include the Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher credential. It is an add on designation, not a stand alone registration pathway. |
